We are currently seeking an outstanding Recruitment Resourcer to join our Melbourne team based in our central Little Collins Street office.
The role will primarily entail candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and liaison and database maintenance within a busy, multi-tasking team environment. Ideally you will have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar IT Resourcer position and/or professional services / sales support role. Recent business/commerce tertiary graduates demonstrating tenacity, outstanding customer service and a desire to develop a career within the recruitment industry will also be considered. To be considered for this role, you must be self motivated, proactive and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. In short, you’re a results oriented ‘people person’ who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
