8 x Desktop Support Analysts - Canberra

Our client is a large Government Department seeking multiple experienced Desktop Support Analysts for a short term contract.

Ideally the successful candidates will have a background in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in providing Level 2 IT support including but not limited to: Desktop and Laptop hardware fault finding, Desktop and Laptop OS Software fault finding, Desktop and Laptop hardware and software installations, Desktop and Laptop configuration, Support Moves, Adds and Changes for Desktop services
• Proven experience in performing pack up and setup of Desktop PC equipment for relocations where required including: disconnect and pack PC equipment & peripherals into boxes for removal by another party, unpack and reconnect desktop PC equipment and peripherals, test reconnected PC and rectify any faults onsite

To be eligible for this position candidates are required to be Australian Citizens in order to gain a Security Clearance.
